Hassle Free Returns & Refunds

At G Decor Ltd we want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have purchased,

just return them to us and we will issue a FULL refund if

1. Please ensure that goods returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. If we received the

damaged goods or any parts missing or cut, we will not be able to issue a refund.

2. We must receive the goods back within 30 days of when you received the goods.  The refunds will not be given for products

returned to us over this time.

3. Buyer pays return postage. To ensure that you obtain proof of posting the goods to us, as goods lost in the post cannot be refunded.

4. Refunds can only be made via the original method of payment. If you originally ordered online, you will receive an email from us

confirming that a refund has been made.

5. You must include the original dispatch note (for details of your order) with the reason for return.

Faulty items:- If you received faulty items then please write us at support@gdecor.co.uk with the pictures of the items. We will send you

the RETURNS LABEL by post or email to return us the faulty items and will send the correct items or refund you the full order amount as

appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights

Wrong items:- If you received wrong items then please contact us at support@gdecor.co.uk. We will send you the RETURNS LABEL by

post or email. We will ask you to return us the wrong items first then we will send the correct order. This is to avoid double delivery.

How to exchange items:- We treat returns and all future purchases as separate transactions. You will have to place a new order

and return your unwanted items for a full refund in the normal way.
